今日は常識をテーマにコンセントについてお話をしたいと思います。
皆さんは何気なく使っているコンセントで思い浮かべるのはブタ鼻の壁に突っついているものを思い浮かべることと思います。
海外へ行く機会の無い方だと、世界共通だと思っていることと思います。
私も恥ずかしながら、学校ではそんな事を教えてもらえないのでコンセントはコレ！
って思っていました。２０代で初めて海外旅行をした時に変換アダプターを使わないと日本の電化製品は使えないと知りました(笑)
実は、抜き差しする部分の形状だけじゃなくて、電圧も違うんです。
例えば、日本だと１００V（ボルト）が普通で、エアコンや調理器具などが２００Vなのですが、
お隣の韓国だと普通の家電が２００Vです。 アメリカは１２０V。
不思議ですよね。
アダプターを使って変圧をしないと日本製のまま電流を流したら「BOMっ！」
煙が出て壊れてしまいます。火災になることもあります。
だから、間違えない様にコンセントプラグの形状も違うのです。 刺さらないようになっている。
日本でも１００Vの家電と２００Vの家電はコンセント形状もプラグ形状も違うから間違えない様になっていますもんね。
コンセントや家電を見ても私たちの常識が世界の常識ではないことが分かります。
杉工建設ではコンセント、スイッチも標準仕様というものを定めています。
世界中には色々なコンセント、スイッチがあるのですが、日本にもCategory A ２ピンという日本の基本仕様をベースに色々な商品が開発されているので、弊社で設計をすると標準ではこの仕様にしていますよってのを決めています。

Today I’d like to talk about electrical outlets on the subject of common sense.
When you think of electrical outlets that you use without thinking about it, you probably think of a piggybacked nose sticking into the wall.
If you don’t have a chance to go abroad, you probably think it’s universal.
I’m embarrassed to admit that I’m not taught that in school either, so here’s the outlet! I thought.
When I traveled abroad for the first time in my 20s, I found out that I couldn’t use Japanese electronics without using an adapter (lol).
Actually, it’s not only the shape of the part to be plugged and unplugged, but the voltage is also different.
For example, in Japan, 100V (volts) is normal and air conditioners and cooking utensils are 200V, but
In our neighboring country of South Korea, regular appliances are 200V. In America, the voltage is 120V.
It’s strange.
If you don’t use an adapter to transform the electric current, you’ll hear “BOM!
Smoke will come out and break. It can cause a fire.
So, to make sure you don’t make a mistake, the outlet plugs are shaped differently. It’s not supposed to stick.
Even in Japan, the shape of the outlet and the shape of the plug for 100V appliances and 200V appliances are different, so they are designed not to be mistaken.
We know that our common sense is not the same as the rest of the world when it comes to electrical outlets and appliances.
We at Sugikou Construction have standardized the standard specifications for outlets and switches.
There are many different types of outlets and switches in the world, but even in Japan, a variety of products have been developed based on the basic Japanese specifications of Category A 2-pin outlets and switches, so when we design them, we use these standard specifications.
