株式会社SOWAKAが運営する「KURASI MARKET」では、今年９月に開催予定の「せともの祭」で瀬戸市の魅力をPRするブース出展を計画しています。
先回はジブリパークにて開催された「あいち市町村フェア」に近隣の大学生１０名と出展して大きな反響を呼びました。

株式会社SOWAKA では、主軸の建設事業やクリエイティブ事業とは完全に切り離した「ソーシャルデザイン事業」があり、コワーキングスペースやレンタルルームの運営の他、イベントの企画、まちづくりを地方公共団体や学校とコラボして進めており、今回の募集のように完全に収益目的ではなく「学生の為に学生による活動」を手引きしています。
本日から一次募集を開始し、４月下旬に二次募集、そして三次募集という流れとなります。
【募集要項】
目的 ：伝統ある「せともの祭」で瀬戸市の魅力を瀬戸市役所のブースに負けないくらいアピールをする大義名分のもとに、各々で考え、参加し、助け合い、全員でPRできる環境を作り上げていく。 また、就業直前の大学生から進学や就職を目指す高校生までの幅広い年齢層を株式会社SOWAKAのソーシャルデザインで慣れたスタッフが成功体験を導いていく。
参加者：KURASI MARKETに集まれる15歳から22歳
期間を通して参加率70％を達成できる方
せともの祭当日（２日間 朝から夜まで）に参加できる方
（高校生の場合は保護者の同意が必要となります）
参加費：無料でボランティア
（この募集以外は参加費が１名250,000円ほどかかる受講です）
募集人数：10名～12名
期間：2023年5月～6月 一次募集、二次募集採用者による基本計画の立案
2023年6月～9月中旬までの3ヶ月間は基本計画に基づく本活動
活動時間：１週間に一回（曜日未定）
主に学校が終わってからの18時から20時頃まで
参加特典：参加者は期間中のKURASI MARKET利用料金が無料
（学校が終わってから18時までお店の中で待つことができます）
希望者には学校へ活動報告を株式会社SOWAKAから送ることができますので、インターンシップの扱いをしてくれる学校は有利です
普段は接する機会の少ない高校生や大学生、社会人が一緒に目的を達成する活動となります。

KURASI MARKET” operated by SOWAKA Co., Ltd. is planning a booth exhibit to promote the attractions of Seto City at the “Seto Municipal Festival” scheduled to be held this September.
The last time we exhibited at the “Aichi Municipal Fair” held at Ghibli Park with 10 university students from the neighborhood, we received a great response.

SOWAKA Corporation has a “social design business” that is completely separate from its mainstay construction and creative businesses.
In addition to operating coworking spaces and rental rooms, the company collaborates with local governments and schools on event planning and community development, and as in this recruitment, is not completely for profit but to guide “activities by students for students”.
The first round of applications will begin today, followed by a second round in late April, and then a third round.
Application Guidelines
In the name of the cause of promoting the charms of Seto City at the traditional “Setomono Festival” as much as the Seto City Hall booth, each person will think, participate, and help each other to create an environment where everyone can promote the city.
In addition, the staff accustomed to social design at SOWAKA Inc. will lead a wide range of age groups from university students just before they start working to high school students preparing for higher education or employment to a successful experience.
Participants:
・ 15 to 22 years old who can gather at KURASI MARKET
・ Able to achieve 70% participation throughout the term.
・ Those who can participate in the 2-day Setomono Festival from morning to night.
（Parental consent is required for high school students）

・ May-June 2023 Basic planning by primary and secondary recruiters
・ From June to mid-September 2023 This activity based on the basic plan
Activity Hours: Once a week (day of the week to be determined)
Mainly after school from 6:00 p.m. to around 8:00 p.m.
Participation benefit:
・ Participants can use KURASI MARKET free of charge during the period
(they can wait inside the store until 6:00 p.m. after school)
・ SOWAKA Co. can send activity reports to schools if desired, so it is advantageous for schools to treat this as an internship.
This activity will allow high school and university students and adults who normally have little contact to achieve their goals together.
