高額な費用を請求されたりと不安だから相見積を取って適正金額を把握して依頼をしたい方が多いです。

依頼先で一番良いのは建てた会社です。
しかし、病院のセカンドオピニオンの様に大切な建物を直すということは一つの意見が正しいとは限りません。間違えることもあるし、知識不足や経験不足からお客様にとって説明に納得ができない事もあるかと思います。 工事金額はどこの会社もほとんど変わらないはずですが、直し方が違うので若干は費用に差があります。
たまに、リフォーム屋さんとの相見積で調査依頼を受けますが、私たちは技術職なので営業職との相見積は好みません。

初回の相談は無料です。
見積書作成は１回につき見積金額の10％をいただきます。ただし、リフォーム工事のご依頼をいただいた場合は諸経費に含むものとして、調査、見積作成費はいただきません。
リフォーム屋さんとの相見積には対応していませんのでご理解ください。

Many people are worried about being charged high fees, so they want to get a quote from a friend to get a fair price and make a request.

The best company to work with is the one that built it.
However, when it comes to fixing an important building, like a second opinion on a hospital, one opinion is not always right. Sometimes they get it wrong, and sometimes the explanation may not be satisfactory to the customer due to lack of knowledge or experience. The price of the installation should be almost the same for all companies, but it may be slightly different.
Occasionally, we receive requests for surveys to be shared with remodelers, but we are technical people and do not like to share estimates with sales people.

[About the cost]
The first consultation is free of charge.
We charge 10% of the estimated cost for each estimate. However, if you request renovation work, we will not charge you for the survey and estimate, as it is included in our overhead.
Please understand that we do not provide estimates for remodeling projects with other remodeling companies.
